Class Objectives:
1. Understanding the difference between Colorado law and the applicable fire codes and standards.
2. Appropriate language for reporting deficiencies and impairments, good language v bad language, NFPA 25 ITM elements v items that are observed but not part of an NFPA 25 inspection
3. Deficiency v Impairment, identifying the deficiencies and/or impairments, tagging system appropriately.
